For one of my dispatches written about the end of last year, to your Lordship, I mentioned that I had selected Captain Ornsby of her Majesty's 93 Regt. to be my Aide de Camp, in the room of Captain Brooke of her Majesty's 55th Regt, whom I had dispatched to England, in charge of the Supplementary Treaty..
Captain Ornsby, has now come home with me, since the sanction of the General Officer commanding in China, confirmed by the Commander in Chief in India;
and as I believe it is usual form The Right Honorable Lord Stanley...
